My Purple Poppy Pinafore

This original artwork has a beautiful pressed purple Poppy petal for the dress and I have worked this beautiful flower in to the art with graphite, watercolour and acrylic paints ~ finished with delicate gold leaf detailing the colours in this piece are sumptuous!

The piece measures 12” x 10” with the image size 9.5” x 7”

It’s the first time I’ve really gone purple in an artwork and have to say, it’s worked beautifully!

Bunny Penny is so pleased with her outfit as she pairs it with striped socks and her favourite buckle shoes. As the purple rain starts to fall, wee bee buzzes over with his tiny umberbrolly to make sure Penny is kept dry … a better friend one could not wish for… a more beautiful dress … there is none.

This original work will be tissue wrapped and packaged in its own white presentation box for safe and secure transportation.
